As a practice we wish to offer the best possible service to our patients and as such we would like to seek your views of how the practice works for you.

The Grove Surgery Patient Participation Group (PPG) will help to influence the decisions of the Practice, pointing the practice in the right direction and positively making a difference to our patients.

Patient input is crucial to the development of The Grove Surgery’s services, and we welcome patients from all ages and backgrounds to join our PPG.

The group meetings will be held every 3 months to discuss the quality of our services, potential ways to improve the practice and methods to further local health education. The opinions, concerns and ideas that arise from these discussions are highly valued.
