From April 2021
In conjunction with three other local practices we have now sent vaccination invites to all those people in the top 9 cohorts as determined by NHS England. Our focus is now on ensuring that those people vaccinated all receive their second dose of the same vaccine.
Anyone who has attended CMK Medical Centre for their first vaccine, but has not yet had their second, will shortly be contacted to book their appointment.
We will not be taking part in the vaccination programme for those people under the age of 50 (unless also in cohorts 1-9 and already given their first dose). Going forward, anyone who has not yet been vaccinated will receive their invite from NHS England to attend one of the National Centres.
The Practice staff do not have details of invitations sent by NHS England and are not able to book appointments unless you have been contacted directly to book your second dose. Further information about when and how to book your vaccine can be obtained from www.nhs.uk/book-coronavirus-vaccination
